明天是中秋节啦，趁今天先把月饼烤好！！

中午偶然在网上看到月饼的做法，一时兴起就在家做起来。面是用牛油做的，馅儿准备了椰茸、黑芝麻和“伍仁”。

说是伍仁，其实是栗子酱、花生酱与榛子屑混合做的，出乎意料的好吃，在三种馅里最受欢迎。黑芝麻馅就传统了，纯用芝麻和麻心调成。椰茸馅时我用椰茸和椰浆和的，只放了少量糖。妈妈，我终于做了从小就想吃的不甜的椰茸月饼，很香呢~~

恩，明天去bologna，拿给庭庭尝。
